The 6 lowest long haul rates were out of FL_Miami, FL_Lakeland, OR_Portland, OR_Medford, WA_Seattle, and WA_Spokane markets with an average rate of $1.23, up 3 cents from last week.
The 6 lowest long haul rates were into TN_Memphis, KY_Lexington, MO_Cape_Girardeau, TX_Laredo, TX_McAllen, and IL_Rockford markets at an average of $1.35, down 4 cents from last week.
